My passion for photography

Ever since getting my first “real” camera (a Praktica SLR with a couple of lenses) back in 1976, I’ve been a keen photographer mainly shooting landscapes, cityscapes and some macro. Over the decades the technology I’ve been using has evolved – from film/analogue to digital and in 2012 I started to add drones for my cityscapes. These days I shoot most of my photos with either Sony full frame cameras and lenses when weight/size isn’t an issue, Sony APS-C cameras and lenses when travelling light and a DJI Maveric 3 Classic (with Hasselblad 4/3 CMOS sensor) for drone photography. I have drone operator licenses covering EU, Norway, Switzerland and UK as well as remote pilote licenses (A1/A3 and A2) for the same countries. 

What I can offer

After spending 21 years as a Gartner analyst, I’m continuing to provide support as an independant tech advisor to Telecoms and other High Tech companies in the areas of Enterprise Mobility, Frontline working, IoT connectivity, 5G and Private Mobile Networks. Provided services include:

  • Technology and Business strategy reviews
  • Product Roadmap development and review
  • Go To Market (GTM) strategy evaluations 
  • Message testing
  • Speaking engagements internally or at events
  • Partnership strategies
  • Acquisition evaluation and strategy development
  • Ecosystem creation and participation strategies
